  17.     In my experience the Hayes is significantly worse then the USR,
  18. and just about every other known brand on the market.  I wouldn't even pay
  19. the same amount to buy a Hayes as a USR, let alone more.  Of course, I'm
  20. not sure if I'd buy a USR either.
